Wood charcoal carbonization stove
The wood carbonization stove is one ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption. It is adopted superheated stream cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ration improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time(from 24 hours to 6 hours).
Raw materials: Wood chips, wood branches, raw wood and wood briquettes and so on
Working principle: Burning by anoxic conditions, then the wood carbonized into charcoal
Carbonizing speed: 1-3 ton/day ( 8-12 hours for carbonization, 8-12hours for natural cooling)
Operation: One people can control 4-5 set, don't need the auxiliary machinery
Energy Consumption: 20-50kg firewood or 15-30kg natural gas
It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period.
