Tube ice features:
1. Hollow tube of Irregular length
2. Hard ice with water content ≤ 2%
3. Outside diameter is ø 22mm, ø 29mm, ø 35mm
4. Length is 20mm ~ 50mm
5. Inside diameter is generally between ø 5mm~ø 10mm, can be adjusted according to ice time
Tube ice is thick and transparent with long storage period. It isn't likely to melt in a short time, good air permeability.

Ice making principle of the ice tube machine
1. After the refrigeration system working normally, the water in the bottom water tank transported to the inlet of the upper water bin from the outlet by the chilling pump, the water go through the water segregation in the way of recuperator tube, in this case the temperature is reduced, some water freeze into ice tube in the inner recuperator tube, and the rest water in low temperature goes back to the bottom water bin, the water circulating again and again in this way, and the cooling capacity is in little loss.
2. Full automatically: PLC system controls the whole ice making process.
3. Application: It can be directly eaten or used in cold drinks, wine, cool foodstuffs, make ice pastries and keep seafood fresh etc.
After-sales service
1. All ice machines have one year of free maintenance period which is starting from the date of sale.
2. The damaged parts can be replaced free of charge if it is not damaged due to manual error operation in one year.
3. All this is confirmed by the technical identification of the company or agent. Otherwise, costs of the part will be charged.
