Flake ice machine:
Kingfit Flake ice machine unit is designed to be modularized for easy maintenance. The evaporation tank of
flack ice machine is made up of stainless SUS304 or carbon steel Chromium upon the users's requirement. The flake ice is very dry, pure, powderless, uneasy blocking. The PLC controlling system can automatically control the whole progress of producing ice with alarm of lacking water, full ice, high/low pressure, and motor reverse rotation
protection so as to guarantee the machine run stably with less faults. The scratch-style ice dropping system inside
machine ensures constant working with minimum power consumption. The patent processing technology allows for
high efficient heating transfer and energy saving.
Product Features
The flake ice is 0.8-2.2mm in thickness, 1-4 square cm in size, irregular in shape and larger in surface-unit
weight ratio, suitable for quick freezing. The flake ice can get into the cracks between goods to decrease heating
exchange with outside air and to keep the raw fresh food at a lower temperature and a reasonable humidity.
The evaporator makes ice inside the evaporating tank, and the knife scratches ice down from the indside wall
of evaporating tank, while the evaporator remains unmoved.
The supply of refrigerant keeps constantly and non-leakage for improving operation stability. The evaporator is made of low temperature good-quality alloyand adopts reasonable piping design for efficient heating transfer, which not only improved refrigerationefficiency, but also decreased the operation cost. Beside, it reduced the space requirement and weight and so the disposable investment.
The ice knife works spirally and rolling, it has the advantages of smaller resistance, lower power consumption, moiseless and powderless ice, in comparison with fixed ice knife. The evaporator takes the advantages of precision manufacturing technology and unique alloy technology. A complete set of welding, surface handling and stress removing has been stablished to ensure the quality and its working performance in the leading position.
