Block ice machine workflow:
1. Feeding water in ice moulds.
Each row of ice moulds is put to brine tank by ice crane, after the water feeder automatically fill the water in.
2. Saltwater agitator makes the saltwater flow cyclically.
3. Water in Ice moulds. frozen.
Saltwater in brine tank cooled with refrigeration system running and saltwater flow cycling, which makes the water in ice moulds frozen.
4. Melting block ice moulds.
The crane slings up block Ice cans (moulds) into ice thawing tank for melting.
5. Remove / harvest ice.
Damp the ice block from ice can with dumper, then store block ice.
Advantage & Characteristic:
Evaporative coil of Ti pipe get high heat transfer effect, the stainlessness material, anti-corrosion can guarantee the long lifespan. (Galvanized sheet for option.)
Particular design of ice thawing tank and ice dumping unit get easier operation.
The thawing tank is heated by hot gas discharged from the compressor so that it is more energy saving and suitable for low water temperature area.
Modular and integrated design ensures easy for shipment, moving and installation.

Containerized aluminum type ice block machine
All parts in contact with brine or water are made of stainless steel, galvanized or effectively anti-corrosiin treated. The brine-tank is fully insulated and covered by removable panels. The ice-cans are of stainless steel , whose thick sides (1.5mm) withstand evenrough handling. The ice is harvested with the aid of an electric overhead crane with push button control. Strong heating elements in the trawing bath ensure that the blocks detach quickly from the cans.The blocks then slide smoothly through an aperture into the ice storage room.
The freezing cycle of block ice machine takes about 8 hours, corresponding to
three continuous harvests per day,the basis of the indicated daily capacity.

12.5 kg = 150 x 130 x 700 mm
20 kg = 250 x 130 x 700 mm
25 kg = 300 x 130 x 700 mm
50 kg = 460 x 180 x 800 mm
