Introduction:
 
The New Plate Ice Machine, we call it shell ice machine, makes ice on SS tubes instead of conventional aluminum plate.
The  machine is actually composed of several sealed concentric SS304 tubes(see the pic) and one powerful refrigeration unit.
Freon evaporate  inside the room that between two concentric tubes, freezing the water filming down the surface of  tubes, on both interior and exterior surface.we can control the thickness of ice on the tube by setting the freezing time, the thickness can be from 3mm to 12mm.
During harvest time, hot gas will be sent into tubes melting ice down. ice will slide down and crash by gravity.
The whole process is controlled by PLC, easy to operation, no need any other manual operation,no need any special skill or knowledge.
The Tubes and frame are made of SS304, that means we can make seawater ice directly without any change. We can guarantee the tubes for 10 years. they are sturdy and long service life
Compared with plate ice machine, shell ice machine makes more ice in the same time, that means with bigger capacity, you will cost less.
