Our new system ice block machine is directly cooling instead of old brine system, we use freezing aluminum alloys as evaporator, refrigerant is evaporated in the middle of the aluminum allys plate, then the ice making water can be freezon directly. The water can bacome ice in a very short time by this way, obviously this ice machine is highly energy saving in all aspects.
And you only need to press the button and the ice will drop down after it is formed. Compared with the old system, this new system is much more easy operate and save time of adding water and taking out the ice from the salt water tank. The ice is much cleaner for eating, Directly cooling ice is made of low temperature so it can be saved for longer time.
One more thing, we supply compact ice machine which will be tested before shipment, it is plus-ready and built for tropical condition and coastal climate. The buyers can install all system by themselves freely.

Fill the clean water into the ice tank
Connect the power, turn on the machine
After the ice is formed, down the hydraulic pressure switch with the foot, ice block will be break away from the machine automatically.

5 step operation.
Step 1. Lift the bench to the bottom of ice chamber and lock it by screw.
Step 2. Pour water into ice chamber.
Step 3. After water filled in ice chamber, we just press Compressor OPEN swtich, machine starts working.
Step 4. After ices are ready, we just press De-ice OPEN switch, the machine starts de-icing.
Step 5. Harvest. After de-ice, we open the lock and lower the bench by hydraulic lift, Block ices come down.
