Sinocastel Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). As one of the co-founders of China GPS Association, CASTEL Group (Stock code: 1185; Listed on Hongkong Stock Exchange) has more than 15 years experiences in GPS and LBS application, wireless, communication and access, and is engaged in R&D and manufacturing and provisioning of customized integrated solutions.

In 2008, "U-PAL" brand was particularly established & registered for in dash multimedia navigation systems. Our products have been sold worldwide with good reputation, quality and service, which covers more than 200 models for specific cars, such as, Volkswagen series, Toyota series, KIA series and other automobile special machines with customization configuration and combination of full-featured functions.

Our R&D Center possesses a team of over 200 research staffs composed of Doctors, Masters and Bachelors, and is engaged in developing products and solutions that adhere to "Aerospace Technology" standards. We have attained numerous certification from international quality assurance organizations (lSO 9001: 2000 & TS16949: 2009), so that professional OEM/ODM services can be provided to our customers.
