Product introduction:
Focusun tube ice is directly formed by freezing clean fresh water which is tasteless, sanitary, transparent and completely conforms to food standard. The ice can be directly eaten or used to freeze drinks, mix wines, cool foodstuffs, make ice pasteries and keep fresh, etc.
Tube ice making process:
-Tube ice is formed in a vertical shell & tube vessel by water passing down inside the tubes which are cooled by the circulation of refrigerant on the outer surface.
-As the ice falls from the tubes, it will be cut by the rotating ice cutter to the setting size. The length is around 25~50mm, and inner hole dia. Around 5~10mm, external dia. 22mm, 29mm and 35mm.
-When ice reached the setting thickness, the water flow will stop automatically. The refrigerant is removed to a surge drum and hot gas is circulated around the tubes, which makes the ice tubes to melt and slide down.
