We are capable of producing round wire coils including 2 layers, 4 layers, 6, even up to 12 layers. And beyond with the option of winding these coils or any number of the layers to the internal side of the bobbin = essentially an internal / external voice coil. For multi layers of four or more, dual coils can be wound either with bifilar (two closely spaced parallel windings) or one coil over the other.

For flat wire coils, our capabilities include both single and multiple layer edgewound and side wound versions, also with the option of winding any or all of the layers on the interior side of the former.
