Function of Sumstar S970 ice cream freezer:
1. Silence -Mute function- the new model use intelliengent trasmitt system, the working voice is lower than 70DB, suitable for all kinds of high-end places.
2. Night fesh function_the temperature of night fresh is low than 4 ° C(bacteria grow in higher than 4° C), no need to pour out the left ice cream liquid.
3. Independent operation system-Each cylinder can be turned off seperately, this function is extremely useful during the period of slack sale.
4. Quick recover of frozen cylinder- it only need 2-5 minutes to recover after frozen cylinder, ensure working smooth even during the peak hour.
5. High expansion rate- with high-precision configuration, even without air pump, the overrun could be 40%.
