For VIP clients (Who order same item > 200pcs per month.We have 2 solutions as follows to solve faulty machine.
A.if you have any repairemen (or cooperate with your local repair shop),the problem can be solved at your local place.
Then we can provide 1% free spare parts (not included mainboard,LCD screen,touch screen,camera,battery) together with your order.You need to pay if you need more than 1%. Software can be provided for free,too.
B,if you don't have any repairemen,the problem can't be solved at your contry. Please return back to China by EMS or Post.
We can repair well for you without any extra cost (except man-made damage). We won't cover shipping cost if within normal defecitive rate. If over normal defecitive rate,we will take 50% of the shipping cost for send back.
For other clients the order quantity is less than 200pcs per month.
The warranty time is also 1 year, if there is quality problem, we can repair it free (except the man-made damage).
