NingBo HongYe Stamping Co., Ltd. Was founded in Ningbo Economic-Technology Development Area in 1993, and renamed in 2007. The major business of HongYe are household appliance parts, automotive parts, other matel stamping parts and turning manufactured parts.
Based on the twenty years' operation, HongYe has two factories (turning factory and stamping factory) with total 21, 000 square metre area. The stamping factory is a new factory that bought in 2013. It has stamping department, model manufacturing department, welding department, product washing line and waste water recycling equipment. There are more than 80 stamping machines, 20 deepdrawing machines, one laser cutting machine, one bending machine, one robot welding and one CNC. HongYe also has ability to design and produce three dimensional manipulator.
The slogen of HongYe is, "Being innovative, quality is life, best service for customers". The major customers of HongYe are Zoppas, HeatWell, Kaiwai, HengYang, and some other trading companies. The capacity of one single product is around 30 to 40 thousands per day in one shift. The total turn over is around 50 million every year.
HongYe receive the ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificate in 2014, and now running based on the ISO9001 quality control system.
The TS16949 certificate is in processing. We plan to recieve it in July 2016.
