Advantages for compact pressurized solar water heaters:
1, The compact pressurized solar water heater system can endure the max pressure up to 0.6Mpa. As the system is pressurized, so it can keep a constant temperature of water in the tank;
2, Start up quickly, heat pipe transfer the heat energy into the storage tank in one direction;
3, There is no water in the vacuum tube, so even if the vacuum tube broken, the system still works normally, without water leakage;
4, It can endure freezing -15 degree centigrade and 25mm hailstone;
5, For inner tank, we adopt high frequent melting technology. It can directly connect with tap water system. It can solve the low heat efficiency problem.
Working principle:
1. The pressurized water tank has no exhaust hole, therefore, it must bear the pressure coming from tap water and hot water.
2. When use, the hot water comes out because of water pressure, vacuum tube absorbs solar energy, and conductive copper pipe transfer the heat into the pressurized water tank.
3. In this case, the water inside the tank becomes hot. No water in the heat pipe makes the whole system can bear pressure.
