1. How to order?
1) Kindly confirm which model is your ideal wanted.
2) We will make Proforma Invoice to you according to all your requirements.
3) Please check and confirm the Proforma Invoice and arrange the transfer once available.
4)  After payment , 20-25 days after order and mass production sample confirmed. Depends on the order qty.
5) OEM/ODM is welcome. 
2. I would like to order. How much would that be?

RE: Different headphone has different prices, pls point out the one you want. According 
to the order quantity is different, the price will be much different.
3. What's your quantity/MOQ?

RE: We have flexible quantity policy, usually 3000pcs for in-ear earphones, 1000 for big

headphones; small and mixed quantity we also support.
4. Can I put my own logo on the headphone/earphones? How does it work?

RE: We can accept your logo on our headphones, but the MOQ should be 1000Pcs/colo

r. Pls send us your logo desgin, we will quote and then make the sample for you review. 
5.  What would the payment terms be?

RE: We can accept TT, LC, Paypal, Western Union, etc. 
6.  What would the delivery time be?

RE: 20-25 days after order and production sample be confirmed, Sample time 3-5 days.
7. In an unlikely event that there is a faulty earphone from my order, what should I do?
