Q: Are the samples free? |
A: It depends. For our stocked items and if you need less than 3 samples, we can send you free samples by freight collection under your own courier account. |
Q: What is the lead time for the samples and bulk order? |
A: Usually 3-days for the samples and 2-3 weeks for the lead time of the formal order after we receive the deposit. |
Q: Which kind of the packages do you have? |
