LD Series Backwash Industrial Water Purifier, Water Cleaner, Waste Water Purification, Water Separation Machine
Usage:
LD Series backwash industrial water purifier is used for purifying all water pipes of power station, chemical, prints, paper-making industries. It is suitable for the DN500mm pipes, which could instead of two times filter net, reduce some cost. It is a key equipment for advantage management of the above mentioned industries, especially suitable the electricity department without people on duty.
Technical Features:
1. Small size, easy collocation and installation & maintenance
2. With halftone material and maximum filtration area, effetely reduce water obstruct on filter net, avoid any block, obstruct, tuck during operation.
3. Filter net is punched with 3-6mm stainless steel plate, which could bear 150 kPa pressure differences without any distortion and damage, with features of long-life, anti-corrosive, non-rustiness, surface smoothness, fouling-free.
4. LD machine through pressure difference controller, automatically start the speed reducer to wash and backwash. It has the features of high efficient cleanness, costing little water during discharge.
5. Stable operation, with little effect for water pressure at the outlet during discharge, fully meets online operation.
6. LD machine has complete functions, easy installation, only connect power supply of AC380V, 50 Hz to start operation automatically. PLC control, could control time, pressure difference, handle control discharge, and also could alarm when the filter has some faults. It could be internet with computer to come true network control.
