What is the catch?
1) The skins in the market was done through digital printing. In this case, it will never be really sharp. (Sorry, but it can be better! ) Digital print caters to LOW MOQ and off-set usually requires a bigger quantity.
Solution: Switch to off-set printing or proof printing. Off-Set/Proof printing involves colour seperation and images are sharp and precise. It will be like images you see on magazines as that is done through off-set too. Europe prints with digital printers now so no competion from there...China has one of the lowest off-set/proofs prints start up cost and thus this becomes a big advantage too. Not many people/printers I know in China does off-set small quantity print as it is not worth it. If quantity is small, digital print is always done. In our case, we have a constant order and therefore I must say we are the few that off-set print even when quantity is small.
2) We may copy/fabricate or make new designs.
3) We can come to a contractual agreement to make 20/50/100/200 designs for your reference. It can be on a monthly basis etc.
