Specifications:
1) Inner water tank shell all are made of SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel plates, welded by argon arc. Outer tank and frames are made of color steel or zinc-coated material. Water is pure and drinkable. Inner tank thickness is 0.4mm, the highest thickness for SP-R direct insert lower pressure can be 0.8mm.
2) Heat insulation of water tanks adopts polyurethane foam and the thickness is 55mm
3) Silicon rings to connect and seal them
4) The tubes and supports are adjustable. The power bearing is average and can assure the vacuum tubes to use for a long time
5) Whole glass vacuum tubes adopt super hard borax and silica glass

Working principle
1. The collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation;
2. When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically.
3. The circulation pump makes heat conducting liquid circulate automatically. Then the heat conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water.
