Especially for the 110KV-500KV large-scale transformer station, ZYD-I oil filtration machine is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil.Function:A: removing the moisture. The final treated oil can achieve less than 3ppmB: degassing. The final treated oil can achieve less than 0.1%;C: removing particles. The final treated oil can achieve NAS2 Grade (Cleanliness Grade).D: vacuum oil injectingE: vacuum drying equipment for transformers ZANYO outstanding features:- Evaporation chamber is horizontal, and oil chamber is vertical, the two chambers are separated, therefore the maximum utilization of degassing chamber space.
- Unique technology: Atomizer is placed upside down, the oil droplet average diameter less than 30µm, to increase evaporation area and extend the degassing time. Comparing to the one- vertical chamber machine, ZYD-I filtration system is 3 -fold and 5-fold quickly and effectively thank old machine.
