Use electric to drive compressor work. The main heat is not from electric, but from river water, underground water, ocean water or soil, Refrigerant is heat transfer media. It transfers heat from source water to building water. Q1 from source + W from compressor=Q heat release to building water. Normally, Q/Q1=5: 1.

Users can use it to supply sanitary hot water or/and heating house, house heating and house cooling.

1) Economy: The operating cost is only 1/4 of electric water heater, and 1/2 of oil water heater, 2/3 of solar water heater. 2) COP is more than 4.0.
