*Brine refrigeration technology, it uses chilled salt water as a secondary refrigerant, circulates in a salt water tank and conduct with the water inside ice cans. Block ice fail to reach food standard due to the pollution from chemical elements in the industrial salt water during the ice melting and doffing process. This kind of ice is ideal for fish industry, don't suggest to eat.
*Containerized technology, for many fisheries along the coastal areas, fishing tends to be seasonal, which means fishers may have to change from one location to another.
