The brief introduction of the charcoal briquette carbonization furnace
Our Carbonization stove, which this furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ratio (increased from about88% to 99%) improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours). Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
The working principle of the charcoal briquette carbonization machine
The carbonizing furnace adopts the hightemperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the man-made briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperploid high temperature streamcooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production.
Moreover, the carbonizing furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.
