Our Oil mist purifier for PVC wall paper and Industrial ventilation is designed to electrostatically purifiy more than 95% exhaust air such as aerosol droplets, blue haze, oil mist & solvent vapors and collect DOP oil for PVC production line. It mainly applied to industries such as Oil mist purification equipment for PVC Artificial leather, PVC gloves, PVC wall paper, etc.
Features:
1. At rated air volume, fume purification efficiency is more than 95%, particles removal efficiency is more than 90%.
2. It can recycle a large amount of waste oil with high purity; The oil content of exhaust gas of ordinary set grey cloth is more than 500mg/m3, so it can recycle 200 kg per day.
3. With high safety, it also has discharge protection function, fire control and suppression system, which can effectively prevent fires and extinguish flame from the ducts.
4. It has modular structure, multi-power control, and it would not be affected even in the case of some power supply stop working.
5. It is easy to clean and maintain. Take out the electric field and wash it, that is all needed to be done.
Working principle:
With patented cylindrical honeycomb structure electric field and electrostatic precipitation technology, the oil & mist particle of the waste gas will quickly be adsorbed and captured by the electric field of the equipment, in this way the waste gas was purified and waste oil like DOP is collected.
