Composite Cable Cover
The features of this product are shown as following:
1. Environmental protection: Modified SMC sheet with high performance, all the materials adopted comply with requirements for environmental protection, without any pollution to be produced to environment;
2. High polymer cable cover plate is formed by one-time rolling at high temperature and pressure, ensuring the united specification and model of product;
3. High polymer cable cover plate adopts modified SMC sheet stock with high performance, the maximum load-bearing is 100kN, the flexural strength 60kN can be borne at joint. However, the cemented cable cover plate is worse than high polymer composite cover plate in terms of load-bearing, while the high polymer cable cover plate is ideal alternative product of cement cable cover plate.
4. High polymer cable cover plate adopts the unique connection mode developed independently by our company. The horizontal, vertical connection between cover plates and even any other connection mode can be performed, after all cover plates are laid, they can form an unity due to connections between them, intensifying the compression strength of cover plate and reducing the damage caused by external force. However, there is no any connection between the traditional cable cover plates, so no unity forms after laying, the separate cover plates are liable to be destructed easily, but if united together through some way, the resistance to destruction by external force can be increased. High polymer cover plate can improve the integrity, greatly increasing the load-bearing.
5. High polymer cable cover plate has the virtues of corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and ageing resistance etc. Which is Suitable for the use under any mal-conditions.
