All product warranty period is 12month, within this time, extra parts are attached to the order for stock accessories without charge but two points have to clarify clear
Point1. All products do 24hrs rigorous testing before packing, so machine warranty only under the condition of quality problem . If the user improper operation, spare parts is not provided free of charge. Please operate machine correct and follow user manual, if any problem, pls contact us. we will reply you within 24hrs.
Point2. When you receive goods, if any question, pls contact us asap, during warranty period, spare parts is free, but shipping fee is burden by customer side.

1. How about payment method?
Answer: Normally we do main order is 30% T/T in advance, balance again shipment.
100% L/C and other payment also possible which depends on negotiable and order conditon.

Around 20~35 days after receiving deposit.
4. What about packing?
We use wooden case, with pallet at the bottom. or carton package

Answer: During garantee period, spare parts is supply free. Because do internation business,for saving shipping cost and time. Normally we will supply some percentage spare parts according to goods value.(Container order)
6. Why you choose air cooling instead of direct cooling
Air cooling will save you trouble of frost inside of freezer
7. How to maintain upright freezer?
The condenser and dust gauze should be cleaned one every three months, keep away from heat source
