1Q: Power supply: the power can be single phase?
1A: No, it need the industrial supply power for the whole plant, say that 3phase power, 380~420V,50Hz, 3P or 220~240V, 60Hz, 3P.
2Q: If this is my first time to invest ice plants, then how should I prepare my factory?
2A: Water treatment to pure water

3Q: How Bingdi guarantee the quality of machines?
3A:Material:we use the stainless steel 304 material for framework and ice maker part, and the world's famous brand for electrical parts and refrigeration parts to guarantee the quality from the source.
We have special QA technician in the machine making process, they will inspect every process until the machine out of factory.
We will test the machine until that it runs normal and stable, 100% capacity for at least 3 days, then the machine can be out.
4Q: If we buy your machines, we locate in different countries, once problems happened, how do you help to solve?
4A: if you need our engineer to come, then he will train your employees how to operate and maintain.

6A. 30% deposit upon confirmation of order and 70% balance TT before shipment.

7A. We welcome all request and customizations. In fact we are excited to jointly develop new ranges of products together with our clients. CAD drawings will be sent to our client for approval before samples are made.
8Q. Do the factory offer OEM products?
8A. Yes we can do OEM if our clients authorized us the copyrights.
