Product Description
The description of Heat pipe:
1. Inner tank: Food Grade Stainless Steel SUS304-2B
2. Outer tank: Galvanized steel and thickness 0.4mm
3. Frame: Galvanized steel and thickness 1.2mm, 45 degree
4. Heat insulating layer: Polyurethane foaming(PU foaming).
5. Heat pipe: Straight copper pipe dia 8mm x length 18mm, condenser is dia 14m
6. Anti-freezing, can be use all year round in cold climate >-35 degree and daily efficiency: ≥ 55% (≥ 42% in winter) and the temperatur above 100 Celsius Degree
7. Working pressure: 6 Bar.
8. Temperature tolerance: From -35degree centigrade to -26degree centigrade.
9. Structure of tank: With inlet and outlet, we offer electric heater, Mag Rod and some tubes are free of charge
10. Welding: Argon arc welding
11. Max pressure: 1.2 Mpa
12. Colour of water tank and bracket: OEM color, any color according to customer's choice.
Working Principle pressurized
1. This system uses the thermosiphon principle, Solar vacuum tube is pluged into the bottom of water tank;
2. The water is filled inside the solar vacuum tube, Solar vacuum tube transmit solar energy to heat energy;
3. The temperature of water inside solar vacuum tube is rising, As the thermosiphon principle;
4. The hot water rise up, and arrive in the water tank, the cold water inside the water tank go down the solar vacuum tube,
5. A heat exchanger stainless coil inside big tank;
6. When cold water flows into the stainless coil, it absorbs the heat of the water in big tank via the stainless coil, to get hot water;
7. It can bear the pressure from tap water (6 bars), so there will be a more comfortable shower;
8. Meantime hot water that we use not transfer in solar tank directly, the hot water is more clean and healthy;
9. This type, we need to install auxiliary tank, it just makes up some water into tank in case evaporating from air vent;
10. Because we do not use water from the big tank, the tank just work as heat source to heat water inside copper coil;
So the system runs by this circulation way until the water become very hot. This type, we need to install auxiliary tank, it makes up some water into tank It's a green product.
After days or months, water will be less and less, auxiliary tank will auto feeding water into the big tank.
