Use activated carbon, Pp cotton, non-woven fabrics, activated carbon carrying silver and doughnut fiber as filter bed, so as to eliminate sediment load, iron rust, red worm, peculiar smell, residual chlorine, along with over 0. 01micron length of bacteria, colloidal particle and organic substance in water until the purified water meet the national standard. Then through using Ti-Pt alloy and ion membrane, the water is electrolyzed into alkaline and acidic water. This is so-called electrolytic water
