Activated carbon is a kind of porous material, which has the function of adsorbing organic compounds. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical technics as a tools of decoloration, deodorization and deoil, in order to absorb those unwanted contamination particle in filter liquor. Adsorbability depends on the filter method, water flow rate,contact time and contact area with active carbon. It wil lift the filter efficiency and improve the filter quality if correct technics is chosen for filter medium.
