Q1: How long do I need to charge the battery at the first time?
A1: Please fully charge the battery at the first time, and it takes about 2.5-8 hours (depends on the capacity of the battery or how much power it left).
Q2: How do I know that my battery has been charged fully?
A2: There are 4 LED lights in total to show the charging status, each one represents 25% power. The four LED lights will light together and stay still when the battery is fully charged.
Q3: How to turn on/off the torch of power bank?
A3: Press the power check button of power bank, then holding around 3 seconds to turn on/off the torch.
Q4: How long is the life of the mobile charger?
A4: Generally speaking, larger than 500 times. After that, the capacity will get smaller gradually.
Q5: The output of power bank is 5V/1A, can these item be used to charge iPad?
A5: 5V/1A is used to charge mobile phone and 5V/2,1A is used to charge ipad..

Q7: How should I store and maintain the charger?
A7: Please store the charger in dry environment and at room temperature, and also keep it with 50% power remaining. It is highly recommended to fully charge the battery once every month to maintain the battery life even if you do not use it.
