Q: Why can't I receive message notifications?
A: You did not choose "on" in the "Msg Notice" option in the App.
Q: Why does the wristband always vibrate?
A: It vibrates to remind you that your phone is far away from you or Bluetooth disconnects.
Q: How to make wake-up gesture?
A: Choose "on" in the "Rollover On" option in the App. Slightly raise your wrist to make the wristband stay vertical. Then the screen will be bright.
Q: How to enter sleep mode?
A: Set sleep time in the App. It will automatically track your sleep quality within the time.
Q: What's temporary activity mode?
A: Temporary activity mode records steps taken, calories burnt and distance travelled within a certain period. It also shows the elapsed time. For example, A and B would like to know that who achieves more steps within a certain period. Both of them hold the touch key for 3 seconds to enter temporary activity mode to begin the competition. Please note that the motion data under temporary activity mode will be added to normal activity mode.
