Process Description
The main ingredient of Teflon non-stick coating, chemical name PTFE, brand name TEFLON, Generally referred to: easy to clean protective coating film.
General Process Flow:
degreasing -- sandblasting (blasting) -- metal spray -- cleaning -- load to inner painting line -- automatic dust -- preheat -- spray primer paint -- drying -- cooling -- spray middle paint -- wet-wet spray top paint - high-- temperature tunnel furnace -- cooling -- check and unload -- load to outer painting line -- preheat -- spray finish paint -- high temperature furnace -- cooling -- check and unload

The main characteristics of non-stick coating production line:
1.Not sticky:Almost all the material is not bonded with non stick Teflon coating paint. Very thin films also show very good non adhesion properties.
2.Heat resistance:Non stick paint Teflon coating film has excellent characteristics of resistance to high temperature and low temperature.Within a short time, high temperature resistance to 300ºC. Generally between 240 ºC ~ 260 ºC can be used continuously, with significant thermal stability, it can work without embrittlement in freezing temperatures, it does not melt at high temperatures.
3.Sliding: non-stick Teflon coating paint film has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient is changed when loading, but the value is only 0.05-0.15.
4.Moisture resistance: Teflon non-stick paint film surface is not sticky with water and oil, production operations are not easy to dip solution, such as a small amount of sticky dirt, simply wipe clean. Downtime is short, save time and improve efficiency.
5.Wear resistance: Under high load, with excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, the dual property of resistance to wear and non - adhesion.
6.Corrosion resistance: Teflon almost free from drugs erosion, to protect parts from being any kind of chemical corrosion.
