Q1 : What can you print ?
We are printing manufacturer who can custom printed pillows, towels,
blankets, bags, bottles, mugs, mousepads, keyboards, phone cases, t-shirts, flip flops, wall scrolls etc with high quality and competitive price .
Q2 : Are those printed products would be fade ?
The technics we are using are Digital printing / Heat transfer sublimation , all the printed designs won't be fade easily for daily use and regualr washing even after a long time .
Q3 : How can I order ?
You can just send a inquiry and tell us what products and how many you want , then we would update you a detailed quotation in 24/48 working hours . If you are OK with our price , then we could confirm the order !
Q4 : Do you have MOQ ( minimum order quantity ) or designs limitation ?
We don't have MOQ or designs limitation for our regular pruducts, you can place an order as you want even have 100 different designs for 100 pcs products . the reason we do this is exactly because we believe you would like our products & service and place repeated orders in the future .
Q5 : Can I check the sample before I pay ?
We offer free sample test printing service for our new customers who order more than 50 pcs quantity , that is we could print a sample and take some photos for you to test our quality firstly . Or even ship a sample to your place to check and feel it in person if you need . It's totally OK we confirm the order until you are satisfied with the quality .
Q6 : What payment term you accept ?
We accept payment by Paypal , Escrow , Western Union , Bank Transfer , T/T etc . You can choose the one you prefer .
Q7 : How long can I get what I ordered ? Like 100 pcs pillow case ?
After your payment , we would arrange the production for you immediately , the leadtime is about 2 working days , and the delivered time is about 5 days , so you can have them in about one week later . Meanwhile , a tracking number will be provided in the next day we shipped .
