3.How can I get the samples?
A:Please pay for the transportation freight ,existing for free. But custom cost can be refundable after place order. Send them to you only after receipt your payment. If you have your express account please tell me.we will email you the complete shipping details with the tracking no.
4. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples: 1-2 days. Yours : 4-6 days, subject to whether they need new molds or new printing screen, etc.
5.How much the freight of samples?
A: depends on the weight and packing size and your area. we will make a consultation from the Express each time.

7.What are CMYK and RGB?
A:In offset printing "Four color"mean CMYK.Your computer screen are likely RGB color space (Red, Green and Blue). In offset printing ,RGB must convert it to CMYK. CMYK cannot reproduce RGB exactly the same
