During 1 year, if there is any defectives, we repair them freely and send back to you with shipping cost beared by us. And after 1 year, we still offer free repairing but you bear the shipping cost.

During 1 year, if there is any defectives, there are 2 ways to solve it.
One: if you have a repairing dept, we will offer spare parts(but if parts are damaged by your side, you bear the part cost) to you, and you can repair it on your side, this is the cheapest way.
Two: if you don't have repairing dept, then you send defectives back to us factory for repairing, and you bear the shipping cost from you to us, and we will repair it and we will bear the shipping cost from us to you.
For 2nd year, we still offer free repairing service, and you bear the shipping.
