Application:
ZYD-350 series oil purifier is used to dewater, degas, filter out impurities and to reduce dissipation, to improve the performance and quality of insulating oil. As a consequence, It ensures normal operation of electric power equipment, to avoid accident happened.
Features:
1\Highly efficient in dehydration and degassing. The machine use high quality vacuum pump and enhancing pressure Roots pump for vacuum, which ensures the draining out of vapour and gas. It has a strong demulsifying capability, which could separate the large amount of water from oil and the minimal amount of water from oil.
2\The machine holds strong ability to remove impurities. It utilizes special materials with complex micropore structure, which are resistant to atmospheric corrosion and to high temperature. So it can remove tiny impurity granularities in oil. Furthermore, it is durable because of excellent mechanical strength.
3\The machine has auto model and manual model choice, and while the auto model runs, people is not required to be on spot.
4\The machine has a perfect protector. The temperatures, pressure, vacuum range, excess pressure, under pressure are totally monitored, which helps avoid the accident.
5\It is highly automatic, easy to operate, safe and reliable to run. It has an automatic infrared liquid-control device and a touch screen for automatic control (PLC), which realizes fully automatic, safe and reliable running.
6\The machine has visual monitor fluid and frequency converter, which can show you clear fluid per minute/hour, and you can adjust the frequency converter to moderate flow rate.
7\The machine is mobile and easy to move with four foot wheels. Its dimension and arrangement design is reasonable and compact.
